MeCab Description
MeCab was developed as a small Command Line-based tool that's designed to act as a Japanese morphological analyzer. MeCab has a generic purpose and can be applied to a variety of NLP tasks, such as Kana-Kanji conversion. The program also provides parameter estimation functionalities based on CRFs and HMM.
