Main features: Flexibility in tracking your magazines: For each magazine, PCS MagTrack allows you to not only specify the name of the magazine, but whether it's published weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc, as well as whether you want to track the issues by issue date or volume/issue numbers. This info can be different for each magazine, giving you a lot of flexibility in how you track your information! Detailed article information: You'd expect PCS MagTrack to allow you to track each article's title, author, and starting page number, right? But PCS MagTrack also gives you the ability to give each article a category and subject (both fully configured by you), keywords to search by, and an unlimited size comments block. Find the information you're after: PCS MagTrack may be a great tool for entering and tracking magazine article information, but it's most powerful feature is the flexibility it gives you to find the exact articles you're looking for. It will display your magazines and articles in a tabbed view, with each magazine comprising a tab; a tree view (like Windows Explorer); and a full capability search view. In search view, tell the tool to match your search criteria in multiple information fields such as the author name, title, keywords, even comments! Each view then gives you instant access to the detailed information you've entered for your articles! Reports: In addition to providing the best possible capability to find your magazine info, PCS MagTrack also allows you to create reports that display in a standard web browser! Create reports that detail the issues for a magazine, the articles for a specific issue, or the articles that have been specified for a given category or subject. More functions: In addition to the great features we've already told you about, PCS MagTrack also gives you full backup and restore capability. Never be concerned about losing your data!
