Multi currency accounts payable integrated to multi location stock ledger. Stock can be tracked by lot or serial number. Purchasing data can be retained by supplier and part number. This data then used in creation of purchase orders. User defined terms of trade. Payments can be processed by direct debit or creation of cheques. Remittance advices can be produced single or for all payments on a date. Drill down enquiries to transaction source. Purchase orders, goods can be received against purchase orders for matching against invoices. Purchase price variances and GL integration available with the Cashbook and GL module installed. Works order processing for manufacturers, accumulation of time and materials against works orders. System calculates useage and efficiency variances and posts to GL (if installed). Multiple levels of Bill of material - components themselves having components etc. Cost roll up of BOM to calculate the standard costs. Contract costing, produces quotations which can be converted to sales orders (if the sales module is installed) and works order. 95% open source code (Open source media player) for registrered users. Consistent look and feel to Sales and Stocks and Cashbook and General Ledger modules. All reports exportable to MS Word or MS Excel Multi user capable. Rich functionality in a mature and stable system (System Backup Software) (first version in 1997). Access 97 is required to run this program. Platforms supported:Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Windows MEBenefits of registration:Registration will allow the user to use the system with a company name and home currency of their choosing and the company name will appear on all reports etc. A registration number is required to use any company name other than the demo company name. Also, registration will entitle the user to the open version with 95% of the source code avaialble for the user to modify to suit the business.
