Furthermore, the application has a centralized platform, called ServiceNow, that is able to record and provide session history, chat dialogues, and even ticket notes. In order to keep customers' personal information safe for every technician's action the program requests permission from the end user, either it's Desktop View, File Transfer, System Information, or Remote Control. Users can also set permissions for Technicians Groups and view details about their activity. Overall, LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console is well-balanced software and should be taken into consideration. However, it's not perfect, the customer connection could've been faster, the iPhone support session has too many steps, and if you need more than one license, the price could be an issue.
