LocTranslate Description

The LocTranslate application was developed to be a small tool that helps will you localize applications that rely on LocTranslateLibrary.dll to localize their texts. I was trying to find an alternative way to LocBaml. I have then extended that idea to be able to use a software to assist the localization. The first step was replacing the "sys:String" objects, with custom ones that could be elaborated by an external program. These are the objects inside LocTranslateLibrary.dll. Then I create a program that allow me to simplify the translations across the various programs versions. With LocTranslate you can load the original file of the new program version and the localized file of the previous version and translate only the missing values.
