Creating the perfect ringtone for your phone isn’t an extremely complicated job; all you need is the right program to help with the process. Kylix Ringtone Maker is an easy-to-use app that offers users plenty of guidance. The software comes with a simple interface and an intuitive layout. To create the ringtone, you need to load a track in one of the supported formats: MP3, OGG, WMA, AAC, MMF and AMR. Alternatively, you can record a Wave file directly from the computer or your own voice through the microphone. All files can be played in order to easily locate the time codes for your selection. The software lets you choose starting and ending points, while other buttons enable you to jump to various points in the file. Converting the track only takes a few seconds, but it depends on the size and length of the ringtone. Then, the song can be saved to one of the supported file formats. From the “Options” menu, the quality settings for all the supported file formats can be adjusted. Furthermore, a default output format can be selected. Additionally, you can add a fade in and fade out effect to your tracks, normalize the track volume and enable stereo mode for the ringtones. Customization options include a large number of skins for the app. The fact of the matter is that Kylix Ringtone Maker is a nice tool that’s very easy to use.
