Kingsoft Office Suite allows you to create quality documents in word processor, spreadsheets and presentations formats. These components produce files that are compatible with the MS Office file formats. The interface comes with a default Office 2012 style interface for all three components. These could be switched to the classic 1997-2003 menu style. Since most people are familiar with the Office suite, changing to this suite of products would not take any significant training. If getting used to the 2012 style is an issue, you can always switch to the older menu and switch back after you are quite familiar. This tool provides all the features available in the MS Office and other compatible products. In addition it provides a PDF converter, advanced paragraphs adjustment and table operations. Comparison of two documents side by side, adding watermarks are some other useful features. Some document management functions and page background features are also available. The tool offers features that let presentation file created in this suite to be converted to file formats of the Writer (*.doc and *.wps).It is compatible with MS Office (97/ 2000/ 2003/ 2007/ 2010). This utility has tabbed interface to let you work with multiple documents at a time. Group create feature in spreadsheets is another feature that could be very handy. Files could be sent as attachments directly and the tool comes with a large selection of PPT templates. This is a very good product.
