Kaspersky Antivirus Personal Pro automatically detects, blocks and removes any unwelcome visitors that have infiltrated your computer system. It successfully does this by using a behavior blocker and integrity checker. After a brief installation that requires you configure some settings, such as updates (automatically, manually, or once every given number of time), enabling of startup objects scanning (optional), critical areas scanning, and full computer scanning, as well as password protection. The interface of Kaspersky Antivirus Personal Pro is very user-friendly, and you have a few options on the left side of the window. You can perform an antivirus scanning on files, mails or other web-based elements, or enable Proactive Defense and anti-spyware. In the Service tab you can access updates, as well as data files, support, and Rescue Disk. We chose to perform a complete scan on our operating systems, and Kaspersky found some interesting abnormal activity that other antivirus software were enable to detect. CPU and memory resources are heavily used, so it's not recommended you have other processes activated during scanning. In addition, older computers may experience difficulties when trying to run this version of Kaspersky. We were very pleased with the Antivirus Personal Pro, and we highly recommend you consider it as your personal bodyguard against online bullies (whether they are people or malicious software).
