Jack2Hen Description
The Jack2Hen application was developed to be a small command line tool that converts POY output (one or more trees in nested parentheses format) into a matrix (in hennig format) of group inclusion characters representing the concensus tree used for contraint files. Usage is simple: open a command prompt window, drag and drop the exe file, specify the POY file and wait for the results.
