JEnigma Description

JEnigma is a useful java API designed to implement the Enigma cipher, as used by the Enigma encryption machine. Any combination of rotors, plugboard and reflector can be setup as a JEnigma machine. The specific rotors and reflectors that were used by the German military have implementations ready for direct use.
