You would be able to manage inventory in one or more locations. Stock levels could be managed by categories, locations, and vendor. By combining with a few other products from the same developers, you can have a complete business solution. These other products include HourGuard, Express Accounts, and FlexiServer. This has a simple and easy to use interface. It is intuitive enough that most users should get familiar with it quite easily. Getting productive with it should not take much time. Stock level monitoring becomes simple with the flexible report generation capabilities. Transferring of stocks between different locations can be handled with just a few clicks. "Just in Time" inventory can be grouped into categories easily. Purchase order management is simple. Purchase orders can not only be created inside the application but be mailed directly to vendors. MAPI or SMTP email send settings include Secure Socket Layer. Recurring orders can be set up easily. The software could be integrated seamlessly with Express Invoice to send out purchase orders to vendors Reorder levels could be set up as ideal quantity levels. Automatic warnings will be generated when stock drops below these levels. Multiple users could access the data via a web interface with a single installation. Multiple companies could be set up within the application. User access and authority could be managed through the web interface. Data out of the application could be easily assigned to the balance sheet or P/L statements. This is a good product. It has many useful features.
