InternetScrap is a free web site capturing tool that will not only bookmark your favorite sites, but will also save an image of it in either JPG or PNG. Thus, you will not have to worry for those interesting pages that tend to disappear every now and then, leaving your with just a useless list of empty URLs. InternetScrap can save the whole page or the section you are really interested in. One of the beauties of this tool is that it is capable of including in one single JPEG or PNG image file the whole contents of the page you visited, regardless of how long or how much information it holds. However, you also have the possibility of saving just the visible part of a page or a specific fragment of it. To do so, you just need to select the area you want to save by dragging your mouse over it. The image will be automatically associated to its URL, and both will be saved in the folder and under the name of your choice. The quality of the JPEG image can be easily adjusted by selecting the compression level you wish to apply to it - which certainly comes in handy when saving extremely long web pages. Finally, it is important to note that these images can be sent via e-mail directly from InternetScrap, as you can associate this free tool to your favorite SMTP server.
