Insite123 Description

Insite123 is a very complex and easy-to-use tax return software application, developed by Evolved Software Studios Ltd in conjunction with and supported by: ￭ Insite123 Ltd Tax Advisors ￭ Construction Works Ltd CIS Payroll ￭ CW Construction Ltd Groundworks Labour Supply ￭ Payeday Payroll Solutions Ltd. The objective of Insite123 was to make a very easy to use and straightforward product, a straight-talking system without any unnecessary complications. It was written directly using the HM Revenue & Customs new CIS Quality Standard. Every data field in the Quality Standard is present within Insite123, and exactly as prescribed. This will minimise the risk of errors on submission of Verifications and Monthly Returns. HM Revenue and Customs have awarded Insite123 "Internet Recognition". Insite123 works in four main areas; Company, Subcontractors, Invoices and Payments. Most of the functions and features revolve around the creation and maintenance of these items. Monthly Returns exist in the same way and are made by sending grouped information about the Company, Subcontractors and Payments to HMRC every month - it's a straightforward process of a few button clicks to do this. Each Company can have an unlimited number of subcontractors, each of which can have multiple invoices logged for each of them, and each invoice has a single payment. When adding invoices, the subcontractor they apply to is used to automatically determine CIS deductions and default values for labour rates (if set). When making payments, invoices are selected and a payment type (BACS, Cheque, Cash, Other) is chosen. Groups of payments made at the same time are linked together so that you can view and print information for each "pay run" or "pay day". CIS25 style remittance vouchers can be printed for any payment or batch of payments at any time. CIS300 Monthly Returns are made by following through a Wizard-style process which transmits the data about Payments made, to HMRC and logs receipts as proof of your submission.
