I have been using Hue Library for around a year personally and it has been very useful for me. So I am releasing it today for anyone who would like to use it. Use the scroll wheel to quickly move between swatches. Copy HTML, RGB and HSL values. Double click any color to instantly copy it to the clipboard. Large swatch previews with detailed color information. Pin the window to be always on top. The window automatically snaps to the edges of the screen. Use the onscreen color picker to select colors from anywhere. Use the arrow keys in color picker mode for fine control. Automatically name you swatches. Fine-tune your colors using a standard color selector. No install required. Includes default color libraries for Windows, iOS, and Mac OS.
