HuMo-gen (PHP) Description

From Yossi Beck Free Software Distributions : HuMo-gen (PHP) is a free and open-source Gedcom-to-Website genealogy program. HuMo-gen (PHP) converts Gedcom files into PHP files and creates an instant, dynamic and searchable genealogy Web site. Your site's visitors can create a wide variety of reports and charts for any person in the database. Amongst others, your site will offer ancestor and descendant reports, outline reports and family sheets, fancharts and ancestor charts. As administrator you can now edit your data online and even create a totally new tree. You can then export and download your database as a gedcom file for use with other programs. The program can be easily installed by anyone with a domain and a webhost with PHP/mySQL support. No knowledge of either PHP or mySQL is required. HuMo-gen(PHP) may be installed on a local PC as well. The program features can be adjusted by alterations to the PHP files. The program's outlay is easily changed through the CSS files. An online manual is available on the website and included in the download. HuMo-gen(PHP) is GNU-GPL licensed. What's new in this version: Version 4.3 adds a fabulous new streamlined layout.
