HealthFrame is a full-featured system to keep track of the health status of all your family members. You can create a personal health record for each member and register important information for future reference. Among the information the database can hold there are the following items: Personal information, mostly contact info; advanced directives (living will and organ donor); birth information; emergency contacts; insurance; activities relevant to health (diet, smoking or similar); allergies; conditions; medical devices utilized; immunizations (vaccines); medications and tests. Each of these categories allows extensive information and details, because it’s designed to help doctors in case of emergency. HealthFrame also includes a complete alarm system to help users remember appointments with doctors, medication times and any other issues regarding health. For this purpose, the program displays a calendar in which users can directly click on dates and add new events. HealthFrame allows users to print out an Emergency Card; it’s possible to select what information will be included, important mostly for people with chronic conditions or health risk.
