HapYDive Description

This program allows fast and reliable determination of which Y-STRs are the most informative by evaluating all possible combinations. HapYDive is very easy to deploy and use. All you need to do is open the XLS file, choose the desired table from the list and load it for analysis and editing. Main features: it can be used on populations from any region or size; it combines all possible results for any Y-STRs; it determines the number of different haplotypes for each set of Y-STRs; it calculates Haplotype Diversity (HD) for each set of Y-STRs.
