HOG Description

The HOG application was designed to be a simple utility for applying convolution, EQ matching, and ring modulation to .wav files. HOG is a simple, file-based utility for performing sound file manipulation. It was not designed to replace your editing software. It currently only operates on PCM WAV files. It is not necessarily the final form for the program. Since the utilities are currently unique to the IBM platform, I though that people might get a kick out of messing with it.
