Organise your exercises into categories or individulal workouts. Mark each exercise as done as you go. Easily and efficiently record body building or weight training (resistance) exercises. Effortlessly record fitness (cardiovascular) exercises. Values are entered by simply scrolling up and down - no need to bother with Graffiti or opening the slider on your palmOne, Tungsten handheld. Create custom exercises, such as warm-up stretches. Intuitive and easy to use, GymAce will be instantly familiar. Attach notes to each exercise. Suitable for body building, weight lifting, weight training, fitness exercises, or any gym workout. One handed control (palmOne Tungsten range only).
