Geode-HELD Description

Geode-HELD adds a Geolocation API to Firefox 3.0.*, similar by incompatible with the current draft of the W3C Geolocation API. This location provider uses the IETF HELD protocol (defined in ) to retrieve location information from a Location Information Server in the network. Your LIS could be in your local network, or across the Internet. This extension comes pre-configured to talk to a LIS that should be accurate to about the city level.
