GenStocks for OS X Description

GenStocks is a desktop application for Windows and OS X that evaluates approximately 2000 stocks per day by applying a sophisticated neural/genetic Algorithm to real historical market data. The underlying algorithms can be thought of as collectively providing advanced signal-Analysis methodology. Via the neural/genetic approach, distinct patterns in a stock's past performance are quantified as "measures," with a "weight" assigned to each of these measures. GenStocks will then generate a composite "score" for each stock, based on the weighted sum into a specified past. Then genetic evolution is applied to all possible sortings of the 2000-some competing stocks.
