When you click on a panel in the Sound Buttons Panel, the appropriate sound file associated with that panel is played. Gaint-DJ desk retains all your user settings from session to session. When you start up Gaint-DJ desk , it will open the .ini file you previously used and take you to the Group and Page you were on when you last exited the program. It also restores all the toggle buttons (Shuffle, Fade Out, Fade In, and the Volume level). Gaint-DJ desk also remembers the sounds played from previous sessions. It will play .FLAC, .MP3, .MP2, .MP1, OGG, .WAV, and NON-PROTECTED .WMA files.It uses DirectX technology through the use of the BASS sound engine. Gaint-DJ desk will also run on Netbooks. Gaint-DJ desk does not require a lot of system resources in and of itself. However, music and sound files do require a lot of storage space. Therefore a hard drive of at least 60Gs is recommended to hold music files.
