GS Dialogs - Source Code Description

(VCL Dialogs Extensions for Borland Delphi and C++Builder) The library currently contains a few excellent highly optimized components for Delphi 4, 5, 6, 7, and C++Builder 4, 5, 6. GSColorDialog Color dialog in MS Office XP style. The brief list of its features includes: Standard colors: a user can choose a web-adaptive color from the cool hexagonal palette. Unlike of the MS Office conterpart the dialog palette contains all 216 browser-safe colors. Custom colors: a user can choose any color from the rainbow palette using RGB or HSL modes. Optional button "Preview": you can handle "OnPreview" event to give a user the possibility to see changes without closing a dialog. Optional button "Select": a user can pick up a color from any of running windows. The dialog returns and optionally displays HTML formatted color value either in #RRGGBB or in RGB(r,g,b) mode. GSFolderDialog The VCL implementation of SHBrowseForFolder Windows Shell function. The component supports all adavanced styles and possibilities. The initial directory can be either a regular directory or any of special folders. GSRunFileDialog The VCL wrapper of SHRunFileDlg Windows Shell function. The component allows to display Windows Run Dialog for opening any application, document or URL. GSPickIconDialog The VCL wrapper of SHPickIconDlg Windows Shell function. The component allows to display Windows Change Icon Dialog for choosing an icon from any of icon files (*.ico, *.exe, *.dll, etc.). After execution it returns a TIcon instance as well as selected file name and icon index.
