Editor's review: Dumb games, smart games, exciting games, boring games – every category has its own fans. Game is the thing to help us to relax. Don’t say that hitting a keyboard’s buttons is useful, anyway I won’t believe. But I must admit, that some games are really worth seeing and adoring – and the first reason would be certainly the point, that they just remind us of the correct meaning of the word “game”. GJ Asteroids could be an example of the most common and good average game. It’s small in size, it’s simple in playing process, it brings its users fun and relaxation. So, as you can see, it demonstrates all the features of an ideal game. All you have to do in GJ Asteroids is to collect points. You should shoot all the invaders coming up from the top of the game’s window and try not to get under their pieces. Two graphs – damage level and number of points – will help you to keep the situation under the control. You can move your space ship all over the game screen, using arrow keys, and shoot by pushing Shift. Everything is simple and clear, including, unfortunately, soundtrack. It’s too weak to be called “a soundtrack”. But don’t forget, that this game is, probably, one of the simplest. Now you can start your space travel. But don’t forget, that you’ll need Windows 95 at least. Publisher's description:
