Fuchia Description

It is both a tool for collating standard data and a tool for producing statistical reports where there is no statistician or epidemiologist available. Since it was created, it has undergone many changes in line with the requirement trends for MSF projects and treating HIV patients. All statistical reports were produced using the R software, which is automatically installed together with FUCHIA. The reports available in FUCHIA make it possible to monitor the care of each patient (patient summary), the programme (work load, description of patients, cohort analysis), specific monitoring of patients infected with both TB and HIV (TB report) and the PMTCT programme (PMTCT report). A certain number of entry checks is available, together with check lists that allow the user to improve data quality directly. The data can be exported in different formats for further analyses.
