This utility converts FLV and MP4 video files into AVI, MPEG or WMV videos in an easy way. Since it supports batch conversion, you can convert any number of FLV or MP4 video files at once into any of the output formats available. In addition, it allows you to configure some of the advanced parameters for the output format, while providing good conversion speeds. The program's user interface has been designed to be friendly and easy to use, though its visual design leaves a lot to be desired. In the main window, you can select all the source files you want to convert through a standard open dialog, and they will be displayed on the conversion list panel together with their duration and status. You can also change the default output folder by a custom one, and then press the "Start" button for the conversion process to start. The output format selection and its configuration, however, need to be done in the "Settings" window, where you have to select one of the three available options (AVI, MPEG, and WMV). Depending on your choice, you may also need to select an AVI codec (Microsoft or XVID) or an MPEG version (1 or 2). Furthermore, all output formats will allow you to personalize the video bit rate, the frame rate and the resolution, as well as the audio bit rate.
