FoxRecorder Description

FoxRecorder is a program that will record the sound that goes through your PC´s sound card. This way, you can record and save sound from a CD, a DVD, a tape recorder or any other device connected to the AUX input, streaming media from the Internet, games or a microphone attached to your system. The formats you can save that input in are MP3, WMA, OGG, VOX, AU and AIFF. FoxRecorder will allow you to select the quality of your recordings (sample rate, channels) as well as letting you choose where you want to save the resulting files. You will also be able to set which device as the sound source, and the volume level you want to set. The program can be configured to detect silences during the recording, and what to do when that happens. You can also schedule the recording of events. Say, you want to record a radio broadcast. You can tell FoxRecorder to start and stop recording at a given time. The trial version of this program will let you record just 60 seconds at a time. To buy the full version you will have to visit the link that the program will give you when you press the "Buy" button when launching it, since there is no direct link on the developer´s site.
