Fitness Log provides a simple, yet powerful interface for adding all your workout information. It will track all pertinent information for running, biking and swimming. When you complete your workout add an entry to Fitness Log that includes your time, distance, pulse, route, and a variety of other information. Add as much or as little information as you want. Aside from your standard workout information Fitness Log also allows you to track your splits. For each workout session you can add any number of splits to track specific information for each workout. For both your normal log entry and any splits entries Fitness Log will determine your pace and average speed. To customize your viewing options you have the ability to view the last weeks, months or years workouts, as well as any specific date range. Fitness Log will also calculate your totals by sport, training type, or both. Units are automatically converted to the unit of your choice for the totals.
