FindTextInFiles Description

You can run the 'FindTextInFilesAdd.reg' file in the c:program filesfindtextinfiles directory to be able to right-click on a folder and launch FindTextInFiles. That way it automatically fills in the folder you want to search. You may remove it by deleting running the 'FindTextInFilesDelete.reg' file in the c:program filesfindtextinfiles directory. you can now right click on a file and choose to open, open in notepad, or open in the program which will show you where your text string was found. You can also search for files that do NOT contain the text string specified. Plus you can print your results. I now include the number of times the string occurs in the file. In addition, you will also have the possibility to replace a text string with another one whenever you activate the "Match Case" checkbox.
