Final Media Player Description
video prev next This player is a good alternative to Windows Media Player, since it supports many formats that are not played by WMP. Also, it has a nice, smart-looking interface and uses a very small amount of memory. You can set the program to play only the formats you want. It has dozens of different formats you can choose from, some of them rather rare such as H2.61 to 64, IRCAN, YOP, and many more. If you want this program to be your default player, you can simply select all the available formats and it will open any compatible media file. In short, it is a light, elegant, multi-format and free option. The program is free to download and use, but the installation wizard asks you to install additional software. You can decline to do so and still have the program installed in your system. Its only downside is that a "nag screen" opens every time you stop playing a file, asking you to donate the amount you wish. This can be very annoying. Nevertheless, if you find the program useful and feel like it, you can donate the amount you wish through the developer's website. I suppose that if you do so, the “nag screen” will stop appearing.
