Fast Mailer Pro is an application designed to help you stay in touch with your clients by offering you a simple means of sending out subscription based email newsletters. For the subscribers to your newsletter, you get to create a database that contains information about their name, age, address ,gender, occupation and so on. You can then use this data to create personalized messages for each subscriber with the aid of macro substitution patterns. They extract the information from the database and insert it automatically into the email before sending it. The application also displays a comprehensive interface which makes it easy to use. The email project is organized in a tree structure and is made of categories such as ‘Recipients Group’, ‘Messages’, ‘Schedule’ and ‘Sending’. They don’t need a description since it’s obvious what each of them contains. Adding and changing data is easily done as Fast Mailer Pro uses a straightforward approach in all its tasks. There is no going back and forth through settings and complicated steps. You first create a group and then start adding recipients to it. When you add a new person to the mailing list, you can insert information such as email, name, title, organization, phone, address and website. All the information you append to each contact can then be easily extracted and automatically inserted into an email using macros. This comes in very handy for when you want to create what looks like a personalized email message. To further ease your work, you can make a large list of email templates which you can then reuse whenever you need to. Moreover you are able to edit them in case you need to add or remove content.
