Encode Unicode Description

This EmEditor plug-in will allow users to encode a selected text to HTML / XML Character Reference or Universal Character Names. By default, the plug-in will encode selected characters which cannot be converted to the current code page to HTML/XML Character Reference (for exmaple: 日). To override these settings, you can select under the menu, and select "EncodeUnicode" from the list, and select . You can select either "HTML/XML Character Reference" or "Universal Character Names" (for example: \u65e5). The other selection is "Which characters do you want to encode?" You can select "Characters which cannot be converted to US-ASCII".
