This program has a very unconventional user interface. This is a lightweight editor. It can only edit bitmap images. You will be able to use this program to create your Emu Browser wallpaper images. Since it is so different from other graphic editors, there is a bit of a learning curve associated with this. It could take you anywhere from a few hours to a few days to really get comfortable using it. For example, you have to know that pressing the + key (on the numeric keypad) will draw a square on the canvas. And you have to know that pressing the / key will make your square taller. You will be drawing your images using the numeric keypad, and that means you need to know which key does what.
