The program is designed to make data entry simple by automating repetitive tasks through the use of visual basic code. EasyBalance has many automatic features such as: Auto Balance, Auto Totaling, Auto Entry and Auto day to full date conversion. Other features available are Sorting, On Double Click balancing, On Double Click Erasing and Clear current row. Many of the features are configurable by the user to suite there own specific small business needs. Special Notes:EasyBalance is an Excel 5.0 Program File, and is crossplatform compatible for Windows and Macintosh. It can also be used for in Windows 3.1 or Windows 95/98. Also can be used in Excel 98. EasyBalance will expire after X many uses however the user does get plenty of pre notice that expirey is about to occur.
