EGAN is a software tool that allows a bench biologist to visualize and interpret the results of high-throughput exploratory assays in an interactive hypergraph of genes, relationships (protein-protein interactions, literature co-occurrence, etc.) and meta-data (annotation, signaling pathways, etc.).
