For Architectural, Engineering and Contracting Design Professionals, Dimension Lab Lite is designed to work on the same screen as your CAD program (movable and resizable) and will greatly simplify and expedite dimension calculations and checking.Looks simple and seems simple but if you have nine lines of dimensions and some of them have twenty plus dimensions in each, DLL will compare any three lines and give you the difference so that you can adjust appropriate dimensions for consistency.When you check dimensions, you add one line and then another. Then, if the sums are different, you subtract one line from the other to check the difference. This program adds and subtracts 3 lines MUCH FASTER THAN YOU DO! Saves time and worry.For anyone that works with dimensions every day, Dimension Lab Lite is indespensable and will pay for itself in days! If you make 70K/yr. then this program will pay for itself in the first 12 hours that you would have spent adding and subtracting.No more adding and subtracting, carrying and borrowing in base 8 and base 12! Simply key in the dimensions in Feet, Inches and Eighths and DLL will add up to 3 lines and will compare (subtract) any 2 of the three keyed in.For reference, DLL will print the totals of the lines and the computational results to a text file (Wordpad) on your hard drive (instead of the back of some envelope!) each time that you click on "Print to File."
