Once these computers are registered, you would be able to monitor them from a remote station. You can actually record the activities as an AVI format video. You can schedule these recordings at your convenience. At the remote station, you can have dual screens; one on which you work and the other that monitors the activities. This remote enabling also lets you administer the employee machines remotely. For example, you could restart, shutdown, remove wallpaper, log off and start screensaver, etc. The trial version gives you a taste of what the tool can do, but limits the experience to registering one computer and viewing its desktop activities for 7 days and recording activities for 5 minutes. You are able to monitor multiple desktops live from the central monitoring point. Both screens of a dual screen system can be monitored.
