DatabaseToDoc Description

DatabaseToDoc is a suite that ontains QueryToDoc and SchemaToDoc in a single program. You can use the program to add table and field annotations. From the Document Builder screen (the default SchemaToDoc screen) click the Annotate button. Then simply click a table or field node in the database tree in the left hand panel, and then enter a comment in the description boxes in the right hand panel. Annotations are stored as extended properties in your database management system. If multiple DatabaseToDoc users are simultaneously annotating the same database, this might lead to a situation where a second user is changing the annotations for the table and field that you are viewing. You will not see those changes unless you leave that table and field and then return to it.
