DXF Export for SpaceClaim Description

DXF Export for SpaceClaim is an AutoCAD DXF file export add-in for SpaceClaim. Thanks to it you will have the possibility to export 3D solid data from a part and assembly SpaceClaim document to 3d solids in an AutoCAD DXF file. SpaceClaim already has the ability to export AutoCAD DXF files. However the DXF export feature ignores solids and surfaces and only exports curves, thus making the DXF file practically useless for 3D modeling in AutoCAD or other programs that can read solids from DXF files. DXF Export for SpaceClaim removes this limitation by giving SpaceClaim the ability to export solids to AutoCAD DXF files. DXF Export for SpaceClaim is very easy to use. It adds new commands to SpaceClaim. Once installed, it automatically loads itself into SpaceClaim and adds a new ribbon bar to SpaceClaim called "DXFExport" containing the newly added commands. The 'DXFExport' ribbon bar consists of the following commands: · Export - Export a DXF file. · Help - Display the DXF Export for SpaceClaim help file. · Register - Register your copy of DXF Export for SpaceClaim. · About - Display the DXF Export for SpaceClaim About box.
