Cycle Input Focus removes this strain inducing movement by keeping your hands where you want them at such a time - at the keyboard. Cycle Input Focus allows you to cycle through (text) inputs with a keycombo. Use of the keyconfig extension is recommended if the keycombo, which defaults to ctrl+alt+x and ctrl+alt+c for previous and next input respectively, doesn't suit your needs.
