Delenda identifies files older than n days according to parameters you set, based on file creation, modification, last accessed date and deletes or moves them to archive folders. 3 methods for deletion: - delete old files immediatly - delete files and send files to Recycle Bin - transfer aged data toward an archive folder. You will be able to dispatch files from a source folder to another when they reach a certain number of hours or days, monitor number of files in each file structure, define daily purge time for cleaning, exclude some days of the week if necessary. With Delenda you can suppress files in one directory when they reach 7 days, transfer those that have more than 12 hours to another directory and move those documents not accessed during last 2 months to an archive folder on the same disk or toward a network drive.
