Copy As URL Description

Copy As Url enhances Windows Explorer by adding context menu that when activated forms fully qualified URL link from selected file or folder on local drive (or flash drive). To obtain local URL path simply right-click on selected file or folder in Windows Explorer and chose "Copy As URL" menu item. Once the URL is copied to the clipboard, you can paste it to any text editor or program.
