Contact Inserter Description

The Contact Inserter inserts contact information in a Word document. Just select a Contact in Outlook and click a button in Word. After that e.g. the address is located at the right place and well formatted in your document. Moreover, if you select more than one Contact in Outlook, the document is printed out for each Contact. The location where the Contact Inserter inserts the Contact information in a Word document can be saved. In this case the document can be used as a template. With the Contact Inserter it is also possible to insert user defined fields as easy as ordinary Outlook fields. The Contact Inserter is able to insert several addresses in one Word document and print it out on a sheet with labels.
