ComScire RNGmeter Description

The ComScire RNGmeter is a utility for testing random number generators. The tester uses five powerful and fundamentally different statistical tests on the data that can be input from files and external TCP bit streams as well as the ComScire J1000KU hardware true random number generator. Unlike the DIEHARD and NIST test suites the ComScire RNGmeter allows continuous testing with an easy to use Graphical Interface. Sophisticated meta-testing provides a generator quality factor that allows for a direct, quantitative comparison between different random number generators.
