Ciperf Description

Ciperf is used to calculate the -b and -l values for iperf in order to produce a chosen udp packet throughout (overhead = 51 bytes) in respect to some variables which may change the calculation of the parameters (e.g. computers, links, ...). The calculated values are not 100% accurate because of rounding errors. In practice the delta values of the packets is somewhere in between +/- 50P/s.
