Chico Digital Web Tool Description

Non-technical users can create a tree structure of related web pages through a web browser without knowledge of HTML, files or directories. Users can select from an unlimited number of HTML templates, and can preview the appearance of each page with a single click. Web Tool creates static HTML pages at the end of the edit session, and it doesn't require a SQL database. Full documentation included. The body of each page can be plain text or valid HTML. WYSIWYG preview of each page with a single click. Pages are based on easily customizable HTML templates. Does not need a SQL database, only Perl/CGI access. Creates static HTML pages, no CGI calls to view pages. New pages are automatically linked together. No limit to the number of pages or the depth of the links. Completely free, released under the GPL license.
