Allows you to choose up to 10 bitmap images and wav sounds in order to be changed each time that Windows 95 is started. There is a preview option in order for you to see what the bitmap will look like on your screen, and you may also sample the wav sound. The images are individually set to be either tiled or centered on the screen in order to use different image sizes for the 10 choices.
