Cellset Description

Cellset is especially designed to help you analyze microscope images in order to determine the properties of plant root cells. Cellset can filter the image and modify the contrast level in order to enhance the segmentation process, which will detect the cell walls. The application uses two-level watershed segmentation to process images.
