Microsoft Outlook is a very popular email client that is used by a large number of people around the world. The application exports MCL in the form of a small text file that can be easily transferred. After that you should install Category Importer on the other computer and just import MCL from the generated text file. By the way, before exporting or importing MCL you should access options section and select the required version of Outlook. As you can see, the procedure is actually very simple, and it can really save a lot of your time, because you don't have to recreate MCL manually. The main disadvantage of Category Importer is that it doesn't support Outlook 2007, so it can be used only by the users of the older versions of Outlook.
