CS1x Background Edit OPT Description

CS1x Background Edit (OPT Version) is designed to edit the CS1x's 12 background channels when it is in Performance mode. The program consists of two parts: a voice editing section and a parameter editing section. The voice editing section is used to select the waveform on each of the 12 background channels. All of the CS1x's internal waveforms are available including the "secret" QS300 bank. The parameter editing section is used to set various parameters on each of the 12 background channels. The following parameters are available: Modulation, Volume, Panning, Portamento Time, Attack, Release, Resonance, Cutoff, Reverb Send, Chorus Send, Coarse Tune and Fine Tune. Portamento On/Off and Mono On/Off are also available. All settings can be saved as Standard MIDI Files CS1x Background Edit (OPT Version) is designed to run within any program that can host OPT Panels. Look for the OPT logo in the host application's literature. If it is present then you will be able to use CS1x Background Edit (OPT Version) with that particular host.
